For footwear brands

Footwear brand marketing agency: Meta ads and Shopify stores

pSkyro Labs is a footwear brand marketing agency. Shoes are a considered, fit-anxious purchase, so we spend most of the Meta budget retargeting people who already want a pair. For Novo Shoes that returned US$110,518 from US$15,940 of ad spend in April 2026, a 6.93× ROAS. Our fee is 5% of profit.

Results

Which results has pSkyro Labs delivered for footwear brands?

Every figure comes from the client's ad account or reported revenue. Open a case study for the full breakdown and where each number comes from.

  • Novo Shoes: Meta Ads Manager reporting for 1–30 April 2026, in US dollars. Purchase value is Meta-attributed.

In short

  • Most of the budget goes to high-intent retargeting, not cold traffic: Novo's dynamic retargeting campaign returned 13.96×.
  • Lifestyle content (outfits, travel, airport looks) outsold product-only ads.
  • Size, fit and returns information is built into the store and the ads, because it's the main reason people hesitate.
  • We get paid only when you get paid.
The challenge

What makes selling online hard for footwear brands?

Fit anxiety

Shoppers worry about size and comfort more than style. If the site doesn't answer that clearly, they leave, however good the ad was.

Long consideration

People look at the same pair several times before buying. Campaigns built only for first-click conversions miss most of the sales.

Big catalogues, few heroes

A handful of styles usually carry most of the revenue. Catalogue campaigns need to find them quickly and put the budget behind them.

Traffic that doesn't buy

Cheap video views and traffic campaigns look busy but rarely sell shoes. In Novo's account, the traffic campaign returned 0.37× while sales campaigns returned 6.6–14×.

Our approach

How does pSkyro Labs work with footwear brands?

Performance marketing

  • Dynamic catalogue retargeting to bring back people who viewed specific styles, backed by Google Ads retargeting.
  • Always-on Advantage+ and catalogue campaigns for discovery, with budget following performance.
  • Creative built around how the shoe is worn (outfits, travel, everyday life), refreshed every two weeks.
  • Partnership Ads with micro-creators to add trust at the point of purchase.

E-commerce

  • Size guides, fit notes and clear returns information on every product page.
  • Collection pages that make it easy to compare styles and colours.
  • Catalogue feeds kept clean so dynamic ads show the right product, price and stock.
FAQ

Questions footwear brands ask us.

What's a good ROAS for a footwear brand on Meta?

It depends on your margins and price point. For reference, Novo Shoes averaged 6.93× purchase ROAS across the account in April 2026, with dynamic retargeting at 13.96× and always-on Advantage+ at 7.15× (Meta-attributed).

Should footwear brands run traffic or awareness campaigns?

Rarely as the main spend. In Novo's account the traffic campaign returned 0.37× while sales campaigns returned 6.6× to 14×. We prefer to create interest through organic content and creators, then use paid media to convert.

How do you reduce the size-and-fit problem?

On the site, with size guides, fit notes and clear returns. In the ads, with creative that shows the shoe worn in real situations. Both reduce hesitation before purchase.

Do you run Google Ads too?

Yes, mainly retargeting high-intent visitors across Google's networks alongside Meta.

How do you charge?

Our performance-marketing fee is 5% of the profit your campaigns make: we get paid only when you get paid. Your ad budget is separate and goes to the platforms.

How do I work out the ROAS a shoe brand needs?

Take your margin on a pair before ad costs and divide 1 by it. A 40% margin, for example, means a break-even ROAS of 2.5×. Returns and exchanges eat into margin, so use the figure after them. The break-even ROAS calculator does the sum and shows your maximum cost per purchase.
